Kanter Immigration Law Office strictly limits its practice to federal immigration law, excluding deportation, naturalization and asylum matters. Contacting our office through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, and no such relationship is created until a client has either a telephone or personal interview and signs a retainer fee agreement.

We provide information to inform the public generally. The materials on our website cannot and should not be used to solve individual cases. We strongly urge that you seek competent legal counsel as immigration laws and procedures change on a DAILY basis.

Because of the small size of our office, we are unable and unwilling to respond to all inquiries and under no circumstances will we give advice on individual cases except during a paid and scheduled consultation.

This form must be completed before we can schedule a personal or telephone consultation with you. The information submitted with this form will be kept strictly confidential. Please answer all questions as completely as possible. Once we have received your completed form, we will contact you. We do not charge a consultation fee if the consultation lasts less than 10 minutes. Our fees are $250 for telephone consultation of up to one hour payable in advance. If our office contacts you to schedule a telephone consultation, we will take your credit card number and you will be given an appointment time to speak with Ann Kanter.
